Every story here reflects not just the images I captured, but the emotions, trust, and experiences shared with me across Sacramento, San Francisco, Napa, Tahoe, and beyond. The photos speak for themselves!! Picking the photographer was our first priority and if I do say so myself, we nailed it!! Mischa and Bri have it all! They were prompt in ALL responses to emails/questions/travel arrangements/etc. We couldn’t be happier with our photos and the talent, time, and effort they spent with and on us! Not only were they consummate professionals but they were so upbeat and positive that it felt like we had known them for much longer. We couldn’t speak more highly of Mischa Photography!
I found Brianne and Mischa because I loved the photos they did at the venue that I was getting married at. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, they were knowledgable and friendly with any questions or concerns which every wedding planning bride has.. Mischa & Brianne did our engagement photo’s & our wedding. My (now husband) hates getting his picture taken! Bri & Mischa made it fun and comfortable. We ended up with absolutely BEAUTIFUL pictures & a ton to choose from. I am so glad I invested in quality pictures we now have all around our home. They went way beyond “documenting” the most precious day of our lives(so far!) The other bonus was all of our friends & relatives were able to order pictures of us and themselves at our reception directly from Bri & Mischa. Saved me so much time! A bunch of our friends now have darling pictures of their kids, etc. taken at our reception by Bri & Mischa. Thank you Mischa & Brianne! You made our day that much more special 🙂
Mischa shot a series of portraits for our family that we think turned out exceptionally well. The finished pieces really bring out the spirit in each of us, which was a challenge given that our little guys were very active during the shoot. Mischa and Brianne were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and worked with us with patience and humor throughout the process. Best of all, we now have a wonderful series of framed portraits that will help us all remember this wonderful time in our lives..
Mischa Photography has made me one happy bride!..and this is coming from a perfectionist! Mischa captured our engagement, wedding, trolly ride after the wedding and our reception. I loved his photos so much I bought an album. Anyone who has looked at the album say it is the NICEST wedding album they have ever seen! I also purchased a large canvas of our entire wedding party with the Golden Gate Bridge as the backdrop. He is creative and talented and I am very thankful we found him to capture this very special day.
Choosing Mischa and Brianne as our wedding photographers was the best choice we could make. They were both friendly and prompt.I was really impressed the wedding album they had up from the Sir Francis Drake Hotel because that was my venue. Absolutely fell in love with the photos !
So after a lot of wedding stress, last minute we decided to elope. Lucky us! Mischa Photography gave us last-minute booking at just a week or so notice, which they luckily had open only because it was a Thursday. These two, Mischa and Bri, knew the San Francisco City Hall very well, which was a big plus for me. I am somewhat impatient with photo sessions and they were able to take us quickly though all the best locations.

ou know all those mind blowing moments that you experience on your special day, and hope you remember forever… the way your husband swiped at his eyes with the back of his hand while you walked down the aisle, the toss of flower petals against the sunlight as they drift down… well Mischa will do an amazing job of capturing every angle and giving you more that you ever expected in your wedding photos. Mischa took pictures I would never have thought about or have seen in other weddings shoots while his assistant captured the complementary angle. On top of that, they are more like friends than just another vendor helping with the wedding. I’d use Mischa again in a heartbeat. I get goose bumps just thinking about the wedding album he did for us. Thanks Mischa!
Mischa and his team are such amazing and fun people to work with!! I honestly hate taking pictures and always feel so awkward but he made us laugh and have fun during our engagement and wedding photos!! He is very professional and organized. Never had to worry about things getting done by them. Mischa was very patient and worked with us through the entire wedding planning. He created our very cute save the dates and a beautiful guestbook for us! I definitely recommend getting the guestbook! Looks so great and it’s fun reading and looking back at the photos!! We also got a canvas from him too. Can’t wait to get our wedding pictures back!!
The photobooth was so much fun too! He said he built it himself and it was very impressive!!

We decided to elope at San Francisco City Hall at the last minute. Mischa Photography was super-flexible in giving us the last-minute booking, like a week’s notice last minute. This was only possible because it was on a Thursday, but still…at that point it was probably his day off he gave up for us. Thanks again! Mischa knew the location very well, which I say is a big bonus because I am WAY impatient with photo sessions (yes, even on my wedding day) and he was able to take us directly from spot to spot very quickly. Mischa does a wide variety of different types of composition, including doing posed and more candid shots, so we had a nice variety of images; classic formal shots and also some more fun informal ones.
So glad I got to book Mischa, he made it fun and comfortable to be in front of the camera (or as much as that is possible for me) and in the midst of the day his being at the helm took so much stress out of the entire logistics of the photos.
He showed up early to be witness and I consider him 110% dependable.
But of course, the end result is important too, and the pictures turned out amazing! I have yet to decide what all to order, there are too many great shots to get them all and not enough wall space in the house
